A very generic quote, but possibly the foundation stone of Compact Packers. What started out in a one room factory space has today evolved into a 20,000 sq. feet space and a wide, hands on experience of over 40 years. Helmed by Mr. Pardeep Gupta, the entrepreneurial venture today boasts of two manufacturing units.
With a 43-year-old client base, Compact Packers has not only grown consistently but outdone competition by upping quality checks at different levels of production and raised the standard of quality of boxes in the corrugated box industry.
The vision was never to grow exponentially but to remain honest with the clients and to never succumb to greed.
Dealing in Offset printed boxes and Brown kraft paper boxes, we choose to never compromise on quality, which speaks of itself considering the strong hold we have in the region and the pressure of performance.
The health of a factory unit is not only described by what and how we manufacture but also the labour who works with us. The shifts are monitored and over worked staff is rotated on easier shifts on a regular basis. Keeping equality in mind, our female to male staff ratio is 50:50.
Working on 6 stitching, 4 single facers, 7 platen die punching machines, 3 pasting machines, four colour Planeta offset machine size 40"x56", our only endeavour remains providing highest quality on best prices and making some great memories and adding to our learning bank.
